Miley Cyrus plans to be back on the big screen, and soon. Hannah Montana? Not likely. So says the 16-year-old tween phenom, whose alter ego brings her secret double life as a pop star to theaters April 10 with "Hannah Montana: The Movie"

'We got really lucky with having the material to make one movie,' Cyrus said in an interview Monday. The film reveals Hannah Montana's identity to the world in a way Cyrus says is 'very clever' and diminishes the chances of a sequel — but doesn't dampen the future of the popular Disney TV show.

'I don't know if I would do another (Hannah Montana) film, but I would love to do another season,' said Cyrus, who's signed up for a third and says she's interested in a fourth. 'That would be what we would all agree on.'

Cyrus also seems to agree with the idea of a jump to Hollywood: She's planning to spend the summer working on a film written by 'Nights in Rodanthe' and 'The Notebook' author Nicholas Sparks. But this is no adaptation of a bestselling romantic novel — instead, Sparks went directly to the screenplay this time, and did so with Cyrus in mind for the part.

Other than the title, 'The Last Song,' neither Sparks nor Cyrus are giving away any plot points. But Cyrus hints at a role that will put her acting chops to the test.

'I've always been lucky to play parts that relate to me, and this doesn't at all,' she said. 'I have my issues, but not as bad as this chick. So I'm happy to play someone that's just kind of out there and not someone that I'm like.'

Like anyone else, Cyrus is waiting to see whether she's 'a good actress or not, or if I'm just good at playing myself.'

'So,' she added, 'We'll see how that goes.'

Will that affect her status as a role model for young girls? Not any more than her feelings on the glamorous life she's chosen: Asked what kids should do if they're torn between pursuing an acting dream or going to college, Cyrus responds with her usual unfiltered candor.

'I say 'do it,'  she said, laughing as if she knew what kind of trouble she was causing for herself. 'Be a freak. Go to Hollywood.'

Despite her unquestioned status as ‘tween queen of the moment, Miley Cyrus apparently thought her star was on the decline. The Disney entertainer’s voice wavered Saturday night, as she accepted one of the trademark orange blimps at Nickelodeon’s 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards.

'I really thought I was gonna lose, so thank you, guys,' Cyrus announced, apparently fighting back tears as she was recognized as Favorite Female Singer at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion.

The 16-year-old idol showed off her playful side during the broadcast by dressing host Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson in the same dress she wore. The one-shouldered piece exposed Johnson’s bull tattoo on his right arm and most of the Samoan tattoo pattern on the left side of his body. When the former WWE wrestler and 'Race to Witch Mountain' actor came out on stage, the dress began to dip below his right nipple, prompting Cyrus to remark he was having 'a wardrobe malfunction.'

'iCarly,' Nickelodeon’s flagship teen comedy starring Miranda Cosgrove, defeated Cyrus’ 'Hannah Montana' earlier in the evening for Favorite TV Show, while fellow Disney triple-threat Selena Gomez was recognized as Favorite TV Actress by online voters. Gomez was not present at the ceremony, but posted a YouTube video thanking her fans shortly after the broadcast.

Another notable moment of the night was Leonardo DiCaprio being honored with a green blimp for his environmental conservation work. (Ironically, the majority of the East Coast broadcast coincided with Earth Hour, where participants turn off all non-essential lights and appliances to conserve energy and raise awareness of global warming.)

Despite the mostly preteen audience, comedian Chris Rock attempted to bring his usual brand of race-centric humor to the show, appearing on stage with Cosgrove and WWE wrestler John Cena. During a skit where the trio jokingly pretended to be the new Charlie’s Angels and announced their defining characteristics, Rock simply stated, 'I’m the black one.'

Popular reality show 'American Idol' also took home an award for favorite TV show in its genre, with judge Paula Abdul and last season’s runner up, David Archuleta, accepting the trophy.

The show ended with pop group The Jonas Brothers, the first several rows of children and Johnson being soaked in green slime. Green slime has been synonymous with the network since sketch comedy show 'You Can’t Do That on Television' began airing on Nickelodeon in 1981. Cast members on the classic program would have slime dumped on them for saying 'I don’t know,' which became a running gag.

Miley Cyrus is embracing her country roots — her dad is country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, after all — by performing at the 44th annual Academy of Country Music Awards on April 5 in Las Vegas. The singer will sing her hit 'The Climb,' according to People.

The show will be hosted by Reba McEntire, and country acts Lady Antebellum, John Rich, Lee Ann Womack and Jamey Johnson are also scheduled to perform. Miley's friend Taylor Swift, who performed her song 'Fifteen' with the "Hannah Montana" star at the Grammy Awards, is nominated for Top Female Vocalist, Video of the Year for 'Love Story' and Album of the Year for Fearless.

'The Climb' is on the soundtrack to 'Hannah Montana: The Movie.'  Miley debuted the song at a Disney event back in September and also sang it at the Kids' Inaugural concert in January.

In a recent interview, Miley talked about how she wanted to focus more on her country roots. 'In the movie, my character goes back to Nashville,' she said, Just Jared reports. 'The soundtrack is all about Nashville, and that's where I'm from, that's my roots. I think that's a lot of the reason I am who I am.'

The movie features a dance called the 'Hoedown Throwdown,' which has her fans jumping on the country bandwagon. 'I have all these different kids at events who say, 'Oh yeah, I know the 'Hoedown Throwdown' now,' and that's really cool that they're getting to dance to it,' she said. 'In the theaters, I think if they danced to it, it would be kind of cool.'

The 'Hannah Montana' star will explain -- with a little help from family and friends -- in a new special. 'Miley Cyrus: An E! Entertainment Special' premieres at 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, on E! "Hannah Montana: The Movie" opens two days later.

Parents Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus take part along with Miley's siblings, Noah and Brandi. Good friend Mandy Jiroux talks about Miley's breakup with Nick Jonas.

Miley will talk about school bullying, the family's move from Tennessee to Hollywood and the intense press scrutiny. She should brace for more media attention with her movie's opening.

Miley Cyrus grabs a quick bite to eat at an In & Out Burger fast food restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (March 23).

The 16-year-old starlet was joined by sister Brandi, pup Sofie and grandmother Loretta. After they picked up their order, the threesome headed over to a recording studio in Burbank, Calif.

Miley recently told Billboard magazine that she still intends to be 'Hannah Montana' after the movie hits theaters. She shared, 'This movie was never meant to be the end of 'Hannah Montana'. The thing is, a lot of people put where the show’s future lays in my hands—and it’s not up to me. It’s up to Disney and whether they want more episodes, and we hope that they do.”

Miley Cyrus hopes her new animated film 'Bolt' will make kids more responsible for their dogs.

The actress/singer owns six pooches and admits shooting the family film made her realize just how important man's best friend is to her.

She says, 'I love all my dogs and I hope that, after seeing this film, people will want to go home and love their dog. I hope kids realize, one, that you love your pets and know what great friends they can be. And two, that no matter what you do for a living, you have to realize that that can go away in a second.'

Grabbing up a midday meal, Miley Cyrus headed over to Dan’s Sushi in Studio City with BFF Mandy Jiroux on Saturday (March 21).

According to paparazzi on the scene, the 'Hannah Montana' starlet was unusually shy, as she hid her face from cameras, but still smirked when photographers called out her name.

Meanwhile, Miley and Mandy just released yet another video via YouTube - during which they both do their best to encourage fans to vote for the Kids’ Choice Awards coming up next weekend (March 28).

Geared up for the big awards show, Miss Cyrus said, 'Do you remember last year’s Kids’ Choice Awards? We had so much fun! I did ‘G.N.O.‘ It was like Grease. And the car. You [Mandy] had to drive the car because I couldn’t drive yet.'

'I don't want to blow up to the size of a house. Definitely not right now,' Miley Cyrus says on why she doesn't want to get married and have kids 'really young.'

 

Disney teen queen Miley Cyrus won't walk down the aisle anytime soon, so she admits, reasoning that she doesn't want to have kids and lose her curvy figure 'really young.' 'I don't want to blow up to the size of a house. Definitely not right now. I'm only 16. Maybe 20 years down the road,' the 16-year-old actress-singer continues explaining.

Comparing herself to mother Leticia 'Tish' Cyrus concerning young marriage, Miley reveals, 'My mom got married when she was really young and that was great for her, but for me I don't think so.' Explaining her reason on not tying the knot at young age, the 'Hannah Montana' star nevertheless doesn't mention on when exactly she wants to wed.

In another Miley Cyrus news, she was photographed on Wednesday night, March 18, stepping out of the B2V hair salon in Beverly Hills. At that time she was spotted sporting new longer locks. Joined by her grandmother, she cheerfully posed for the paparazzi.

Even though Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas broke up years ago, the two have managed to remain friends.

Miley Cyrus told J-14, 'Nick and I are total friends.'

She continued, 'Like the other day we were on the phone for like 45 minutes. We don't hate each other the way people make it seem.'

Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas dated for two years before breaking up in late 2007.

Miley is currently believed to be dating underwear model, Justin Gaston while Nick confirmed that he was 'single' in February. Prior to updating his dating status, Nick was thought to be dating Selena Gomez, but Gomez's Wizards of Waverly Place co-star, Jennifer Stone said, 'I don't know if they were ever dating.'

No matter what happens in their love lives, Miley loves and supports Nick 100%.

She dished, 'I definitely want to be there for Nick.'

Miley Cyrus stars in the upcoming film Hannah Montana:The Movie, set for an April 10, 2009. The Jonas Brothers are currently finishing up their fourth studio album. That record is set for a June 15 release date.

The 'Hannah Montana' superstar was more than happy to pose for the paparazzi to show her excitement over her cute and curly hairdo.

Miley was joined by her grandmother on her trip to the beauty shop, looking hot in a grey t-shirt along with a pair of pretty pink sweatpants and flip flops.

Radio Disney, the #1 radio network for kids and families, will present the world premiere of the entire music soundtrack from Walt Disney Pictures' 'Hannah Montana: The Movie' on SATURDAY, MARCH 21 (7:00 p.m., ET/4:00 p.m., PT) during its Planet Premiere feature. The single 'Let's Do This,' performed by Miley Cyrus as 'Hannah Montana', currently ranks #1 on Radio Disney's Top 30 Countdown; 'Let's Get Crazy,' also performed by Miley Cyrus as 'Hannah Montana', ranks #8; 'The Climb' ranks #11 and 'Hoedown Throwdown' ranks #14, both performed by Miley Cyrus. Additional featured artists on the album include Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Billy Ray Cyrus and Steve Rushton. The soundtrack will be in stores Tuesday, March 24, 2009 from Walt Disney Records.

Earlier in the day, Miley and Justin joined her parents, Billy Ray and Tish, at church. Miley left the church arm-in-arm with dad Billy Ray.

Meeting up with a friend at the Market City Caffe, the Disney darling toted her pet pooch Sofie as her underwear model beau walked by her side.

Meanwhile, papa Billy Ray Cyrus was also spotted out on this particular afternoon - as he spent time with Miley’s little sis, Noah.

The pair headed out early on in the day, walking the family dogs around their Toluca Lake neighborhood as paparazzi snapped up shots.

Miley Cyrus was mistaken for a middle-aged woman by a sales associate recently, says the Disney star according to 'The Sun'.  Well, at least she wasn't mistaken for Ali Lohan. Then she'd feel REALLY old.  Apparently, Miley, her bodyguard and her little half sister wandered into a shop where the woman cooed over how much the little girl 'looked like her mom'. 

'I had this lady walk over and try to sell me wrinkle cream,' Cyrus says. 'I wasn't offended until she started to say I looked good for my age. She thought I was forty.'

Cyrus shouldn't feel bad. I have had the EXACT same experience, specifically with women in the facial creams section. It's actually their sales pitch. They think by horribly offending you, they'll scare a sense of God into you, convincing you to buy their product. Granted, I do look incredibly old, thanks to my walker and white hair. However, how in the world did this woman not recognize her? She must live in a cave, because Miley's face is on everything from lawn chairs to folders.  My roommate and I often discuss doing our entire next apartment in Miley decor.

In other Miley updates, she reveals in her new  memoir 'Miles To Go',  that she's struggled with a form of the heart condition tachycardia, although she specifically adds that the type she has isn't dangerous.

Additionally, E! is running a story about Radiohead 'refusing' to meet with Cyrus after the Grammys as a 'lesson in humility'.  When Radiohead refused to meet with Miley, who requested it AS A 16 YEAR OLD FAN, the singer left incredibly upset. She then made the following, obviously sarcastic statement: 'Stinkin' Radiohead! I'm going to ruin them!'  You can imagine her shaking her little fist there.  Radiohead, deciding they want to engage in combat with a teenager because they're clearly the more mature of the two, responded with the statement, 'When Miley grows up,she'll learn not to have such a sense of entitlement.'

Yeah, when Radiohead grows up, maybe they'll learn not to refuse to meet a fan just because they don't like her music. It's one thing, and understandable, to be like 'we don't have time' but to be like 'OH NO WE DON'T share space with the likes of HER.' Come on.

Miley Cyrus is the big chart news this week, as her single 'The Climb' crashes in at No. 6 in its debut week.

The track, from the 'Hannah Montana: The Movie' soundtrack, due March 24, is Cyrus' highest-charting effort, surpassing the No. 9 peak of '7 Things' from July 2008.

The new song's 166,000 digital downloads is also the artist's best single-week sales sum. 'The Climb' debuts at No. 3 on the Hot Digital Songs chart.

Hannah Montana: The Movie opens on April 10, and if anyone thought that Taylor Swift wasn't going to get in on that action, they were sorely mistaken.  The 19-year-old country-music songbird—who, like 'Hannah Montana' star Miley Cyrus, has dated a Jonas brother (Joe for Taylor, Nick for Miley)—has contributed a song to the movie's soundtrack. The song, titled 'Crazier', is an uplifting ditty about finding inspiration in the example of others. Sample lyrics:

'I watched from a distance as you made life your own/
Every sky was your own kind of blue/
And I wanted to know how that would feel/
And you made it so real/
You showed me something that I couldn't see/
You opened my eyes and you made me believe'

David Archuleta will make a duet with Miley Cyrus when he guest stars in TV series 'Hannah Montana' later this season. Portraying himself, he will be seen coming to town and asking Miley Stewart to collaborate with him in a song called  'I Wanna Know'.

In regard of his appearance with Miley in the Disney Chanel's TV series, David claims it as 'a real fun episode' and 'a really funny too.' He also praises Miley saying, 'She's cool and has a strong personality.'

Up to date, there is no word on when David-guest starring episode in 'Hannah Montana' will be aired.

In related news, David Archuleta has been tapped to perform at the Stephens Performing Arts Center in Pocatello on March 23. The following day, the runner up of  'American Idol'  season seven will sing at the Burns Arena in St. George.

'I wanted my fans to always be able to relate to me,' Miley says of stories in her book Miles to Go.'

Miley Cyrus is not one to keep her private life private. For the most part, this 16-year-old will tell you anything if you ask. But she did admit that when she sat down to write her autobiography, 'Miles to Go,' it was difficult to relive some of the harder times she faced growing up, which included being bullied in school and breaking up with Nick Jonas, whom she calls 'Prince Charming' in the book.

'I would say that it was hard, but it was also the best thing I ever did and the best thing I will ever do because I think it's a good thing that you get, like, a flashback and really remember all those moments,' she told MTV News at a Los Angeles book signing. 'I think it's important not to grow up so much that you forget about your heart and what's important for your heart.'

It may have been hard for Miley to write about some of those more painful moments, but she said she did it to help show her fans that even though she's famous and things seem great for her, that wasn't always the case.

'There's a lot about being bullied and a lot about breakups, and that's something that is really hard to write about and stuff that's easy to relate to,' she said. 'And I wanted my fans to always be able to relate to me, so I think that was really important.'

Sure, being bullied and breaking up with a Jonas brother may have been difficult, but there's still one tragedy that is the most painful for Miley to talk about. 'Writing about] the loss of my granddad [was hard],' she said. 'That was something I hadn't talked about in a long time, and I was really happy. ... It was really good to just remember that.'

Now that she's released a book, does Miley have any plans to put down the pen? The answer is no. 'I would love to do another book and hopefully a tour and more songwriting and more CDs, more movies and more TV,' she said. 'I just want to keep working as long as I can, 'cause it's my dream and I love it.'

Looking as adorable as ever before, Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston were spotted getting in some quality time together last night (March 8) in Los Angeles.

The 'Hannah Montana' hottie and her hunky male model beau were all smiles as they headed over to Millions of Milkshakes following a sushi dinner out.

And of course Miss Cyrus opted for her very own Miley milkshake, consisting of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough, while Justin came up with his own concoction including Reese’s cups, Butterfinger, and chocolately brownie bites.

As for her relatively new driving skills, Cyrus showed off her maneuvering skills as she backed her Toyota Prius into a tight spot, telling the paps, 'I’m just sayin’ that was some intense backing up!'

Lindsey Dunn’s family knows she’s the biggest 'Hannah Montana' fan, and she had the best of both worlds when she got to meet her favorite teen star Miley Cyrus in Atlanta on Thursday.

'It’s been her dream,' said stepmother Vipi Dunn.

The 9-year old Silver Creek resident was selected by Atlanta radio station Star 94 for a 'Breakfast with Miley Cyrus' prize.

'I was excited,' said Lindsey. 'My friends at school were like oh my gosh … I can’t believe you saw 'Hannah Montana.' Miley Cyrus is better known by some for her on-screen persona.

Lindsey said the experience left her speechless and the only thing that surprised her was that the actress/singer seemed taller in person.

Miley Cyrus, who plays the lead role in the hit Disney Channel show 'Hannah Montana,' has a split-identity on the show. She is known as 'Hannah Montana' when she’s a musical performer — wearing a blonde Cher-style wig — and Miley Stewart as a high schooler in her “real” TV life.

Lindsey earned the prize thanks to a video shot by a family member.

Her dad, grandfather and uncles were videotaped singing 'Hannah Montana' songs and were dressed in Cher-style wigs as a surprise for her birthday.

'She was kind of embarrassed,' her stepmother said. 'But, what she likes about the show is the character being two people.'

With Lindsey’s 10th birthday approaching on April 1, she’s not sure what other surprises her family has in store. But, in the meantime, she will frame a T-shirt that she had signed and frame her photos with her favorite star.

'Rockstar' is Lindsey’s favorite Miley Cyrus song, and she is interested in singing. She hopes to perform next year in her school’s talent show and said it will probably be a Miley Cyrus song.

Following a morning outing with her mom and sister, the Disney starlet emerged with her entourage on the way to a live radio performance on Z100.

Meanwhile, it sounds as if Miley isn’t planning on checking out her former touring partner’s new movie, as she reportedly told a fan yesterday that she doesn’t intend to see the 'Jonas Brothers: 3D Concert Experience.'

Signing books at the Rockefeller Center Barnes & Noble, a young fan asked Miley if she’d seen the JoBros’ flick, to which she replied: 'No, not yet.'

Getting in some sisterly bonding time, Miley Cyrus and her little sister Noah were spotted out and about in New York City last night (March 5).

The 'Hannah Montana' hottie and her pint-sized sis looked to be having a marvelous time as they made their way back to their hotel hand-in-hand.

Miss Cyrus is currently on a promotional tour for her new autobiography 'Miles to Go,' having made an appearance at the 5th Ave Barnes and Noble earlier in the day.

On her much older celebrity crushes:

'I’m a Brad Pitt fan as an actor. I don’t necessarily think he’s good-looking. If I tell you guys who I think are cute, they’re lame people. Like, I think Harry Connick Jr. is so cute. In ‘Hope Floats’ or ‘P.S. I Love You,’ isn’t he the cutest? Yeah, he is. I think Gerard Butler is ‘Oh, my God.’ '

On what boyfriend Justin Gaston is allowed to call her:

'I don’t allow ‘babe’ or ‘baby,’ really. I have a name.'

On the ways her parents have punished her:

'I once had my phone thrown off a balcony, and I had to buy a new one myself. I think I’ve gotten a wooden spoon, like, twice.'

On not understanding why people watch “The Bachelor”:

'I watched ‘The Bachelor’ the other day, but that seems weird to me. It’s really strange. I don’t like it. I don’t know if I could get into this. I won’t, but I could. It’s a bunch of girls with one dude. How did that guy get to be the chosen one?'

On her biggest flaw:

Forget teens and tweens, Miley Cyrus' biggest fan isn't who you'd expect.

Mark Shapp, 20, has been sitting, sleeping (kinda) and waiting outside Barnes and Noble on 5th Avenue since Tuesday night, all for a chance to have Miley Cyrus sign her new book, 'Miles To Go.'

He's not alone. Dozens of fans joined him Wednesday night, but he's definitely unique. The self-described 'biggest fan' took an eight-hour Greyhound bus ride from Portland, Maine, for a chance to meet his hero.

Shapp took three days off work and has only slept four hours. Ouch. Why does he love the teen triple-threat who acts, sings and has become a mini-mogul in the entertainment industry?

Cyrus is a 'positive influence' on people and uses her celebrity for good, Shapp said.

Barnes and Noble passed out 500 pink wristbands to those guaranteed a short visit with the young star Thursday. The next wave of fans received blue wristbands, but were not guaranteed an introduction to Cyrus, who was scheduled to leave the event at 6 p.m.

Miley Cyrus gives her assessment of Kara DioGuardi, Adam Lambert and Allison Iraheta.

Miley Cyrus is on the fence about whether new 'American Idol' judge Kara DioGaurdi really adds anything to the show. Cyrus, who said that she has worked with DioGuardi in the past, said she loves the songwriter as a person but applies an old adage to the show's panel.

'I like Kara, 'cause me and Kara have worked together before, so I personally like her, but if it's not broke don't fix it,' she said on the syndicated 'Johnjay and Rich' radio show . 'But I think she did a good job. I don't go either way.'

Cyrus did note that DioGaurdi brings a songwriter's perspective to the competition. 'I know she's super talented, and I think they needed a writer/producer. She's just an amazing writer.'

She noted that because only a handful of 'Idol' contestants, like Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson, have gone on to become huge superstars, DioGuardi might be able to help contestants step up their game. 'If they pick someone [on the show], she can make them a great record.'

Cyrus also gave her expert opinions on some of the contestants who've made it to the top 12 so far. She said she thinks that 'Twilight'-loving, musical-theater vet Adam Lambert is 'a little weird,' adding that he does have "good range.' She is, however, a big fan of fellow big-voiced 16-year-old, Allison Iraheta.

'I want her to go on tour with me!' Miley said of the flame-haired Los Angeles teen. 'I think she's amazing. I think she's so cool. I'll make you an American Idol.'

Miley Cyrus still has nightmares about her troubled pre-teen years when she was relentlessly bullied by 'big, tough girls' at her school.

The pop star/actress speaks about her school torment in new book 'Miles To Go', admitting she was an easy target for the mean girls because she was 'scrawny and short'.

On one occasion, the bullies locked her in a restroom.

She recalls, 'They shoved me in... I was trapped. I banged on the door until my fists hurt. Nobody came.'

And she reveals the bullies really started to worry her when it was clear they wanted to do her harm in the school cafeteria.

Sasha and Malia Obama are probably two of the luckiest, most famous fans of 'Hannah Montana'.  Earlier this year, several reports have stated that they've already invited the series star, Miley Cyrus, to the White House to screen 'Hannah Montana: The Movie'.  The three girls got to know each other during the Kids' Inaugural Concert, and Miley recently shared her thoughts about the first daughters. 

As a guest on KIIS FM's On Air with Ryan Seacrest, the 16-year-old celebrity told the host that she thought Sasha and Malia were 'very cute' and 'very nice.'  She even added that: 'They're nice, they're small.  For such big parents, they're very small kids.'

Swinging with a rope inside a barn, strumming her guitar while sitting on top of haystacks, and cozying up with a country boy are some of the stuff Miley Stewart will be seen doing in "Hannah Montana: The Movie" as a series of the film's stills made its way out. Like most of the previously-released photos, the new images are still focusing on the film's star, Miley Cyrus.

Unlike before, however, one of the new pictures actually gives a taste of Cyrus as Stewart's alter ego, Hannah Montana, as she is captured donning the blonde wig while standing on stage in front of her manic fans. Another photo, moreover, shows her leading a group of people from her hometown for a dance sequence.

Bringing the story of "Hannah Montana" series to the next level, "Hannah Montana: The Movie" will put its attention more to Miley Stewart when she deals with her overwhelming success as pop superstar Hannah Montana and tries to find once again what is really important in life by going back to her hometown of Crowley Corners, Tennessee. Starring Miley Cyrus with the support from Billy Ray Cyrus, Jason Earles, Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso and Taylor Swift among others, the Walt Disney Pictures comedy will hit the U.S. theaters on April 10.

Fans of 'Hannah Montana' star, Miley Cyrus, will be delighted to know that their favorite celebrity will be gracing the streets with yet another appearance.  Her autobiography, 'Miles to Go,' is due for release in a couple of days, and she's already made plans to promote it.  According to Miley's Official Site, the 16-year-old actress will be personally signing the book in both New York City and Los Angeles.

Those hoping to see Miley Cyrus face to face will have to wait a few days longer though.  Her first book signing will be at Barnes & Noble, 555 Fifth Avenue, NYC, at 4:00pm on the 5th of March.  If you won't be able to catch her there, try The Grove Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles.  Miley will be there at noon on March 7 for her signing.

As with most promotional events, there's a gimmick.  In order for fans to actually get to the signing, they need to obtain one of the 500 wristbands that will be given away.  These wristbands will be available at 6am on the day of the NYC event, while those wishing to see her in LA should already line up at 7pm on the night of March 6. 

If you're a hardcore fan and yet unlucky enough to miss this special event, you can take solace in the fact that 'Miles to Go' will be available in bookstores before the signing.  It's scheduled for release on March 3, so fans can get their copies and read up on who Miley Cyrus is, and how she came to be that way. 

Some details of the memoir have already emerged, stating Miley's relationship with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.  Their bond has often been criticized, and the teen star has decided it was time to address the issue.  It's also been revealed that 'Miles to Go' has details on what Miley feels about the media, as well as her relationships with 'Hannah Montana' co-star Emily Osment, and with a certain ex-boyfriend (possibly Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers). 

Like her or not, if you're interested in reading all the details about Miley Cyrus, head over to your nearest bookstore and buy yourself a copy of 'Miles to Go.'

Taking a break from spending time with her underwear model beau, Miley Cyrus headed off for a meeting at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank on Sunday morning.

The 'Hannah Montana' starlet was accompanied by her pet Maltipoo, Sofie, whom she cradled in her arms as she headed into the studio offices.

And while Miley was busy taking care of business, her musician/co-star dad Billy Ray was busy holding down the fort at the family’s Toluca Lake residence.

Following a walk with the German Shepherds, Papa Cyrus even took time to step out for a bicycle cruise around the block with Miley’s little sister, Noah.
